I'm an indie game developer currently living in Belgium.

I have a passion for game development, currently working on indie game projects for Windows, Xbox 360 and iOS (iPhone & iPad). Previously, I was a technical artist and level designer at Sakari Games, a game development studio in Belgium.

Foreign Legion: Buckets of Blood

Released on August 5th, 2009 for Windows, Macintosh on Steam

A cartoon third-person shooter where you take the role of a last-standing hard-boiled Legionnaire taking on an entire rebel army.

We created this wave-based action game in about 3 months development time with a small team using both Unity and Blender at Sakari Games. After releasing the game, we worked on free downloadable content for another few months which contained new maps, weapons and features. I was responsible for the game design, level design and environment art.

Umbra's Tale

Coming March 2012 for Windows, Xbox 360

An original 2D adventure game with RPG elements and cute pixel graphics. The story of a boy who fought the evil wizard.

I wanted to learn game programming by working on my own independent title. Aside of creating the artwork, I also taught myself C# and game programming fundamentals by writing the engine, level editor and gameplay code by myself. The "Umbra Engine" is based on the XNA framework by Microsoft, which allows me to port the game to the Indie Live Arcade of the Xbox 360 as well.

The characters were animated by game artist Meng-Shiun Lin.

iBakery & b2Bakery

Released on August 4th, 2010 as a Web Application

Two closely related web applications where customers can place orders with their bakery of choice using iBakery, while bakeries can manage their orders, stock and inventory using b2Bakery. I was responsible for the user interface on both applications, while I was the lead programmer for b2Bakery.
